She is survived by: her husband Freddie Ray Combs of Hodgenville; her adoptive son Matt Combs of Bullitt County; her grandsons, Matthew Dylan Combs of Bullitt County and Dusitn Combs (Lexie) of New Jersey; her sister Sandra Wright of Louisville; and her nieces, Constance Jones of Crestwood and Angie Martinez of Colorado. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
