He was predeceased by: his son Tony Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kirby; his son Roger Lee Kirby Jr. (Debora); his grandchildren, Ashlee Stinnett (William), Casey Messmer-Cotterell (Robert), Shea Kvachuk, Robert Kirby (Amanda) and Brian Kirby; and his brothers, Ricky Spears and Jimmy Kirby. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
