He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Bowen Combs; his sisters, Marianne Smith of Tulsa Oklahoma, Susan Hardin of Elizabethtown and Katherine Branch (Roger) of Elizabethtown; his stepchildren, Sonya Turner and David Marschke (Jessica); and his stepgrandchildren, Mackenzie Mattingly, Charlie Marschke and Jenna Lehring.
