She was predeceased by: her husband Otis R. Smith; her daughter Theresa Marie Smith; her parents, Carl Comer and Dorothy Comer; and her brother Don Comer.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Smith of Louisville, Rebecca Smith (Rebecca Bazzle), Michael Smith (Rinda), Mark N. Smith (Missy Stebbins) of Louisville, Monica Ann Smith of Hodgenville and Jennifer Smith; and her sister Virgina Luzon of Louisville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
