He is survived by: his wife Kathy Etherton of Hodgenville; his mother Betty Fultz of Hodgenville; his stepchildren, Olivia Blunk (Ethan) of Minot, ND and Tyler Litton (Evangeline); his grandchildren, Carraway, Dexter and Luca-Grey of Lakewood, WA; his sister-in-law Kira Prewitt; his nephews, Jake Hatcher (Ashley) and Luke Eddy of Lexington; and his uncle Raymond.
