We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Randy Stephens (Hodgenville, Kentucky). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Stephens. He is survived by: his mother Martha Stephens; and his siblings, Carrie Stephens and Jeff Stephens (George Ann). He is also survived by four nephews.

In keeping with his wishes, Randy donated his body to science at U of L Medical Center and no services are planned at this time.
