She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie David Brewer and Lucy Ann Jordan Brewer; her husband John E. Cox; and her siblings, Jessie Lee Barbour, Willie Robert Brewer, Bertha Brewer, Mary Booker, Rosie Hayes, Leonard Houston Brewer and David Ray Brewer.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia McBride (James) of Henderson, Kentucky.
