She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur T. Noe; her son Raymond Lewis Loyall; her parents, Howard Warren and Ruby Violet Osbourne Warren; and her brothers, Joe Thomas Warren and Howard Warren Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Noe of Louisville, Ruby Stearman of Louisville, Brenda Skaggs (Eddie) of Hodgenville, Lou Loyall of Hodgenville, Arthur Noe of Georgia, James Noe of Radcliff, Roy Wayne Loyall (Vickie) of Georgia and Rickey Loyall (Sandra) of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Jason, Beano, Curt, Mark, Lisa, Billy, Sandra, Bobby, Mike, Melissa, Kenneth, Frankie, Jesse, Kayla, Brittany, John, Meghan and Ryan; and her pet Lucy. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donation can be given to the family to help with funeral expenses.
