She is survived by: her husband Pat Burd; her children, Jenee Butterworth (Aaron) of Buffalo, Kelly Burd (Maggie) of Georgetown and Marty Jewell of Hodgenville; her sisters, Charlotte Hefley of Hodgenville and Janie McCubbins (Tommy) of Greensburg; and her grandchildren, Kaden Burd, Patrick Butterworth and Olivia Burd.
