She was predeceased by: her parents, Ford Andrews and Inez Garrett Andrews; her husband William "Lefty" Warren; her daughter Rochelle Lakay "Kay" Andrews; and her siblings, Carrie Arnette, Patty Garrett, Judy Garrett, Doyle Andrews, Arthur Garrett and Mike Garrett.
She is survived by: her daughter Constance Ramirez (Teddy) of Hodgenville; her brother Jerry Garrett of Richmond; and her grandchildren, Mona Ramirez, Veronica Sweeney, Teddy Ramirez Jr., Tedrick Ramirez and Timothy Ramirez. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
