He is survived by: his wife Darlene Minder Smith; his children, Christina Smith of Culvertown, Stephen "Stevie" Smith of Bardstown, Dustin Smith of Hodgenville and Matt Smith of Hodgenville; and his sisters, Sandy Coy (Scott) of Hodgenville, Vanessa Richardson (Jack) of New Haven and Betsy Bullock (Hardy) of New Haven. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
