She is survived by: her mother Pat Templeman; her husband Shawn Jaggers; her children, Colton Ramos (Katie) of Crestwood, Taylor Mackenzie Jaggers (Emmanuel) of Scottsville and Kaleigh Brianne Jaggers of Hodgenville; her brother Jeff Templeman (Bridget); her nieces, Addie and Allie Templeman; and her siblings-in-law, Kelly Jaggers (Shirley) and Patricia Ayers (Dennis).
