He is survived by: his wife Alice Leevey Riggs; his children, Danita Riggs of Hodgenville, Angela Hyatt (Les) of Lebanon and Johnny Riggs (Marie) of Hodgenville; his siblings, Patricia Riggs of Lebanon, Mary Edith Hood (Ed) of Willisburg, Carle Riggs (Janice) of Hodgenville, Earl Riggs (Julie) of Buffalo, Alford Riggs of Lawrenceburg and Charles Riggs (Debbie) of Mt. Washington; his grandchildren, Johnny M. Riggs (Rebecca), Dana Jones, Tyler Riggs, Chris Riggs, Patrick Hyatt (Samantha), Alex Hyatt (Brittany), Zander Hyatt and Landon Hyatt; and his great grandchildren, Tommy and Hope Self.
