He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Skaggs and Martha Jane Warren Skaggs; and his brother Jimmie Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Noyce Gasaway Skaggs; his children, Sierra Smith (Calvin) of Lexington, Stephanie Boone (Kevin) of Howardstown, Mitchell Wayne Skaggs (Sandra) of Winchester and Chris Dunn (Vanessa) of Magnolia; and his sister Barbara Easton of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
