It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Benningfield of Hodgenville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Guy Benningfield; her son Ricky Lee Benningfield; her parents, Sterling Lile and Ida Mae Bagby Lile; and her siblings, Keta Robinson, Delores Smith, Christine Crowe and Richard Lile.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Loebig (Bob) of Elizabethtown, Ann Smith of Hodgenville, Edward Benningfield, Jr. (Dotty) of Columbia, Stephen Benningfield (Leisa) of Elizabethtown and Andy Benningfield (Vicki) of Hodgenville; her siblings, Syliva Jo Grimes of Hodgenville and Terry Lile (Bernice) of Mississippi; and her grandchildren, Sean Loebig, Amy Green, Mike Benningfield (Lexi), Ricky Benningfield, Jr., Marsha Dobson and Amanda Hovious. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
