He is survived by: his wife Vicki Logsdon Hack; his children, Jamie Hack of Hodgenville and Alana Hunter (Dale) of Magnolia; his son-in-law Ricky Ard of Hodgenville; his grandchildren, Lauren Neal (Bradlie), Kyle Woosley (Lauren), Kaitlin Hack, Daniel Ard, Jacob Hunter, Caleb Hack, Caden Hack and Kinzleigh Hack; his great grandchildren, Aaron and Amelia Neal; his siblings, Tom Hack of Cecilia and Carol Weeks of Virginia; and his sister-in-law Jackie Hack.
