He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hayes, Sr. and Diane Long Allen; his children, William Scott Hayes and Tiffanny Hayes; and his brother John "Pete" Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hayes (Jenny) of Hodgenville; his stepfather John Allen, Sr. of Louisville; his daughters, Jessica Peters (Justin) of Eastview and Brittany Hayes (Ethan Shartzer) of Big Clifty; his siblings, Carol Witte, Amanda Allen, Mona Allardice, Robbie Allen and Joshua Allen; his grandchildren, Kayllee Shartzer, Waylon Shartzer, Jase Hayes, Tiffany Peters, Austin Peters and Rebecca McCane; and his siblings, Tammy Klinglesmith, Cindy Perez, Angie Perez, Charlie Hayes, Jr., Danny Hayes and Eddie Hayes. He is also survived by grandchild; and six cousins.
