He is survived by: his children, Shelly Grace Hazle and Jacob Shane Hazle; his daughter-in-law Molly Haynes Hazle; his grandsons, Liam Routt Hazle and Greyson Haynes Hazle; his sister Brenda Miller (Charles); his close friend Linda Lee; and his pet Sam.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home (208 W Water St, Hodgenville, KY 42748). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
