He is survived by: his wife Sandra Carman Skaggs; his children, Andrew Skaggs (Joselyn) of Utah and Krystal Thompson (Matthew) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Dallas Carroll, Elijah Wykpisz, Connor Skaggs, Charleigh Skaggs and Ellie Skaggs; his stepgrandchild Dacian Anderson-Young; his siblings, Juanita Skaggs (Larry) of Campbellsville and Darrell Skaggs of Levelwoods; and his aunts, Margie Brewer and Shellie Allen.
