She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Gerner; her daughter Tamara Brautigan; her parents, Paul Allen and Gladys Oliver Hughes; and her brother Thomas E. Hughes.
She is survived by: her sisters, Sharon Richardson (Gilbert) of Hodgenville, Paula Hughes Richardson (Kieth) of Hodgenville and Debbie Beck (John) of San Antonio, TX; her stepdaughters, Diane Feldman of Ft. Thomas, Dona Brown of Ft. Thomas, Debbie Rottman of Edgewood and Dana Gerner of Union; her grandchildren, Andrew Barker, Jennifer Barker and Christopher Brautigan; and her close friends, Glenda Burba and Jean Perkins. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
