She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmie Wood; her son Terry Beams; and her parents, Eura Ward and Genrose Nunn Ward. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Wright of Nashville, Tammy Gibson (Aaron) of Leitchfield and Barry Beams; her stepson Jay Wood (Joey) of Magnolia; her grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Daniel Wright, Danielle Evans, Andrew and Cameron Beams; her great grandchildren, Charloette and Chase Wright; and her sister Kathy Ward.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home (208 W Water St, Hodgenville, KY 42748). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Magnolia Cemetery (9460 New Jackson Hwy, Magnolia, KY 42757).
