He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Campbell and June Carroll Campbell; his son Glennie Campbell; and his brothers, Glen Campbell, Paul Campbell, Danny Campbell and Darrell Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna Tolliver Campbell; his sons, Kevin Campbell (Jackie) of Greenup, John Steiner of Grayson and Lenny Campbell (Laura) of Ohio; his siblings, Debbie Carper (Lovell) of Hitchins, Joy Kennedy of Hitchins and Terry Campbell of Hitchins; his granddaughters, Kristen Campbell and Laura Beth Everman; and his great grandchildren, Layla Everman and Gryffin Campbell.
