He is survived by: his wife Debbie Eldridge Sagraves; his children, William Conard Sagraves (Donna) of Boyd Co, Rachel Michelle Jones (Larry) of Olive Hill and Christopher Russell Sagraves (Tisha) of Hitchins; his grandchildren, Jaclyn Jones and Phillip Jones; and his siblings, Louise Holbrook of Hitchins, Carrie Robinson (Craig) of Hitchins and Lindsey Sagraves (Tina) of Hitchins.
