Sammons and Audrey Gollihue Marshall; his wife Linda Hall Sammons; his children, Kathy Sammons, Connie Sue Sammons and Ronald Edward "Eddie" Sammons; his granddaughters, Amy Sammons and Judy Salyers; his great grandchild Rena Barber; and his sisters, Trish Marshall, Darlene Marshall and Triva Jean Marshall.
He is survived by: his children, Dorena Sammons Williams and Billy Ray Sammons (Brooke) of Grayson; his siblings, Chloe Ann Russell (Andy), Marlene Marshall and Donald Ray Marshall; and his grandchildren, Larry, Missy, Charles, Jessica, Bonnie, Ronda, Valerie of Sam, T. J. and Eddie. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
