He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Jackson Sr. and Gladys McCormick Jackson; his brothers, Jerry Jackson and Bernard Jackson; and his sister-in-law Sandy Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jenkins Jackson; his son Jamie Canfield of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Sophie, Jace, Riley and Harper; his nephew Chris Jackson (Sandra); and his great-nephews, Jackson, Jordan and Brandon.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sparks Funeral Home (203 W Main St, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Grayson, KY 41143).
