He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Louise Sagraves Holbrook; his siblings, Mary Elizabeth "Don" White of Grayson, Brenda Williams (Brandon) of Grayson, Ronald Holbrook (Betty) of Rush, David Holbrook (Donna) of Hitchins, KY and Michael Holbrook (Jessie) of Hitchins, KY; his siblings-in-law, Carrie Robinson (Craig), Russell Sagraves (Debbie) and Lindsey Sagraves (Tina); and his nephews, Mason Holbrook (Samantha) and Brandon Holbrook.
