It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Jackson (Hitchins, Kentucky), who passed away on March 5, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert McCormick and Annie Murphy McCormick; her husband Glenn Jackson Sr.; and her son Jerry Mitchell Jackson (Sandy Jackson). She is survived by: her sons, Glenn Jackson Jr. (Marilyn) of Hitchins and Bernard Jackson (Rebecca) of Grayson; her siblings, Jay McCormick (Martha) and Faye Stevens (Carson); her grandson Chris Jackson (Sandra) of Grayson; her great grandchildren, Jordan and Brandon Jackson; her stepgrandson Jamie Canfield of Ashland; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Sophie, Jayce and Riley Canfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
