He was predeceased by: his father Harold Wade; his brother Timmy Wade; and his grandparents, Arthur, Mayme Wade, Jim Rad and Velma Wyatt.
He is survived by: his daughter Whitney; his grandchildren, Johnny and Kailey; his sister Debbie Walton (Eric) of Park; and his nieces, Emily Staples (Eddie) of Cave City, Katie Wallace (Caleb) of Elizabethtown and Erin Walton Sadler (Brian) of Campbellsville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, one great niece and two great nephews.
