He was predeceased by: his father Boyd Hibbard; and his grandparents, Robert, Lillie Smith Hibbard, Homer and Ethel Mills.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Mills Hibbard Baker; his son Jaxon Marshall Hibbard; his wife Rebecca Liford Hibbard; his stepfather Gerald Baker of Barbourville; his brother Daniel Hibbard (Amber) of Flat Lick, KY.; his niece Kylee Hibbard; and his nephews, Camden Hibbard, Ashton Smith and Lauren Smith. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and all extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Knox County Cancer Patient Fund in memory of Mr. Stephen Boyd Hibbard.
