He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Collins and Brellie Collins (Neace); his brother Tommy Lynn Collins; and his nephew Stephen Ray Collins. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Collins (Smith); his children, Robert Joe Collins (Niki) of Benton, Bryan Collins (Carrie) of Deputy, Michael Jackson (Angie) of Barbourville, Todd Jackson (Melanie) of Barbourville, Jeffrey Jackson (Michelle) of Greenroad and Nola Holbrook (John) of Rush; his grandchildren, Ashlee, Bree, Trenton, Whitley, Presley Jo, Braxton, Brently, Abby, Grayson, Joshua, Daniel, Samuel, Malachi, Rachel, Lauren, Taylor, Jessica, Don Steven and Brock; his great grandchild Aria; and his siblings, John Collins (Donna) of Columbus, Donald Collins (Angie) of Seymour, Hazel Collins of Wellington, Patty Stidham (Ron) of Seymour and Teresa Collins (Larry Hardy) of North Vernon.
