He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tucker and Axie Smith; his wife Lana Marie Severs; and his brothers, Henry T. Smith Jr. and Glen Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Marie Brown of Hinkle and Melinda Sue Nielsen (Nicholas) of Miamisburg, OH; his sisters, Delonia Floyd (Kenneth) of Yosemite, Lois Smith of Waynesburg, Mary Ruth Riley of Hinkle, Geraldine Phillips of London and Linda Sue Miles (Gary) of Hinkle; and his grandchildren, Tucker Anderson Brown, Maggie Marie Brown, Lana Rose Jones and Tessa Marlana Nielsen.
