He is survived by: his wife Nettie Owens of Hinkle; his son Justin Owens (Tabitha) of Girdler; his stepson Burniel Smith (Angie) of Artemus; and his daughters, Jamie Nelson (Todd) of Norris, TN, Jerry Owens of Ewing, VA and Jody Lowery (Mitch) of Norris, TN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
