She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Smith and Louise Smith (Hubbard); and her sisters, Thelma Swafford, Alma Jordan, Evelyn Liford, Flonnie Hale and Callie Merida.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Anderson (Jeff), Dena Dunbar (Eric) and Adam Smith (Eric Daniels) of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Amber Bigbie (Chris) of Richmond, Christian Bruce (Whitney) of Barbourville, Tyler Ledford (Amanda) of Barbourville and Connor Bruce (Chy) of Barbourville; her great grandchildren, Leah, Emma, Carter, Jordyn, Carsyn, Marley and Ellie; and her brothers-in-law, Felix Hale and Arvil Jordan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
