He was predeceased by: his parents, O. C. "Osee" Vance and Hallie "Ethel" Thornsberry Vance; and his siblings, Ogel Vance, Osee Vance Jr., Sheldon Wayne Vance and Rose L. Williams.
He is survived by: his sisters, Dulcie Mullins (Danny), Linda Combs (Larry), Clercy Sexton (Mikel) and Host. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
