She was predeceased by: her mothers, Ruby Watts and Effie Hays Watts (Willard Blair); her sons, Anthony Keith Blair and Gene Randall Blair; and her siblings, Venessie Austin (Tom), Gene T. Watts (Fern), Leo Watts, Lois Johnson (Pete) and Ed.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Doyle Blair (Jewell), Larry Aldred Blair (Karen) and William Jeff Blair (Kedith); her daughters-in-law, Cathi Blair Wells and Billie Jo Blair; her grandchildren, Heather Jacobs (Terry Dean), Tyson Blair (Suzanne), Michael Blair (Jessica), Andrew Blair (Kendall), Kelli Highley (Tim), Heath Blair, Kasey Blair, Tyler Blair (Allison) and Lisa Kirk (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Lily Blair, Wesley Everage, Bryson Blair, Parker Blair, Dale Kirk, Emily Kirk, Jude Highley, Kobi Willard Highley and Lyric Highley; and her sisters, Eleanor Bolen, Palma Cornett (Bud), Alma Waddell and Sue Adams (Rudean). She is also survived by Sister-in-Law- Pearl Watts Host of Nieces and Nephews.
