She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Handshoe (Leroy), Teresa Cooper (Dale), Lisa Akers, Kanawha "Bud" Fields (Mardella) and Geraldine; her daughter-in-law CJ; her brothers, Herman Smith, Roy Smith, Garry Smith and Larry Smith; and her great grandchild Host. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
