She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Dixon and Gwendolyn Trent Dixon; her husband Dustin Hays; her daughters, Gracelynn Briar Hays and Melody Laine Hays; her sister Karee McBee (Joe) of Blackey; her niece Taylor McBee; her nephew Connor Hays; her parents-in-law, Rhonda and Dean Hays; her brother Nick; her sister-in-law Emily Hays; her aunt Peggy; and her uncle Robert Gross.

In Lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the Markey Cancer Center in Hazard.
