He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mullins and Zelma Banks Mullins. He is survived by: his son Aaron Mullins (Janet); his granddaughter Danielle Bates (Jason); his great grandchildren, Braylan Bates and Mia Bates; and his siblings, Teresa Patrick (Johnny), Warren J. Mullins (Peggy), Jane, Donnie, Tommy and Betty Lou.
