He was predeceased by: his parents, Turner Bolen and Audry Conley Bolen. He is survived by: his children, Hubert Lee Bolen (Parker), Michael Turner Bolen and Tammy Jo Bolen; his sister Shirley Haynes; and his grandchildren, Ariel JoLee Bolen and Gideon Samuel Terry.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
