He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Hall; his children, Darrell Todd Jacobs, Crystal Lynch (Chris) and Shelby Timothy Jacobs; his stepson Chad Hall (Amy); his mother Helen Holtsclaw (Charlie); his grandchildren, Skyler Jacobs, Sydney Schrader, Kamri Green (Quavy), Caitlyn Hall, Callie Lynch, Cash Lynch and Coast Lynch; his great grandchildren, Yalenah Green and Laeia Green; his siblings, Linda Hall (Thomas), Brenda Slone (Kenneth), Shirley Ratliff (Greg), Kathy Fugate (Tim) and Levon Jacobs Jr. (Paula); his father Levon Jacobs; and his grandparents, Canton, Hattie Jacobs and Hazel Caudill Gayheart. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
