He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Russell Dailey and Wilma Olive Ramey Dailey; and his siblings, Charles Thomas Dailey, Danny David "Dee" Dailey, John Dennis "Johnny" Dailey and Rosemary Ishmael.
He is survived by: his wife Barb Ishmael Dailey; his children, Robbie "Doodle" Dailey Jeffery (Mollie), Jason Dailey (Natalie) and Carol Hart (Billy) of Hillsboro; his sister Roberta Evonne Vice of Flemingsburg; and his close friend Savannah Mains of Fleming County. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other extended family and friends.
