She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Fultz and Frona Walton Fultz; her brothers, Daniel and Herndon Fultz; and her former husband Charlie James Hawkins.
She is survived by: her husband Virgil Spurlock; her children, Randy Hawkins (Rhonda) of Grange City, Jamie Hawkins (Denise) of Grange City and Becky Dailey (Scotty) of Colfax; her grandchildren, Adam Hawkins, Amy Konopka, Josh Hawkins, Kayla Alfrey, Ethan (Madison Hawkins), Amanda, April, Amber and Andrea Dailey; her stepchildren, Louise Wagner, Kathy Worrell, Brenda Crout, Nita Payne, Gary Spurlock and Ronnie Spurlock; and her siblings, Sharlet Fultz (Wanda), Virginia Hawkins (Walter), Henry Fultz (Olive), Roy Fultz (Lena) and Brenda Pollitt (Danny). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and one expected great grandchild.
