He is survived by: his children, Nancy Louise Wagner of Franklin, Kathy Worrell (Mike) of Franklin, Brenda Crout (Nelson) of Franklin, Vernitta Payne (David) of Conroe, Becky Dailey (Scotty) of Colfax, Gary Wayne Spurlock (Angie) of Morehead and Ronnie Spurlock (Nancy) of Franklin, Ohio; his stepsons, Randy Hawkins (Rhonda) of Grange City and Jamie Hawkins (Denise) of Grange City; and his siblings, Kenneth "Chester" Spurlock of Goshen, Indiana, Barbara Flora (Bobby) of Colfax and Olive Fultz (Henry) of Colfax. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; 12 step grandchildren and 29 step great grandchildren.
