He is survived by: his son Jeremy Hawkins (Sasha) of Hillsboro; and his siblings, Mike Hawkins of Hillsboro, Curtis Hawkins of Tilton and Margie Johnson of Gary, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.
