We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2022, at the age of 78, Olive Fultz (Hillsboro, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hinton Spurlock and Lora Caudill Spurlock; and her siblings, Rev. Lenville Spurlock, Vernon Dee Spurlock, Virgil Spurlock and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Fultz; her children, Melinda Sparks (Sherman) of Grange City and Jeffrey Fultz of Colfax; her grandchildren, Sarah Terry (Steve), Lora Sparks, Andrea Allen (Trevor) and Hunter Fultz; her great grandchild Steven Terry; and her siblings, Kenneth "Chester" Spurlock of Goshen Indiana and Barbara Flora (Bobby) of Colfax. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as extended family, her church family, and many friends.
