He is survived by: his children, Katie Jolly (Gary) of Hillsboro, Mary Vise (Kenny) of Hillsboro, Debbie Gray (Boyd) of Hillsboro, Patricia "Nell" Skaggs (Willie) of Hillsboro and Jesse Smoot, Jr. (Tracy) of Vanceburg. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
