She is survived by: her children, James (Alichia Skaggs), Linda (Wendell McCarty) and Willie Jr. (Nell Skaggs); her grandchildren, Krissy (Jeremiah Logan), J. C. (April Skaggs), Neil McCarty, Brent (Jessica McCarty), Carla Richmond, Justin McCarty, Jessi (Jason Gulley), Jordan (Amanda Skaggs) and Ivy Skaggs; her brothers, Rob Wagoner (Freida) of Morehead, Ken Wagoner of Morehead and Wayne Wagoner of Morehead; her siblings-in-law, Charles Prewitt of Hillsboro, Gene Wright of Florida and Fern Wagoner of Hillsboro; and also Diane Logan. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
