She is survived by: her siblings, Johnny Lowell Hay (Carolyn) of Bethel, James Michael Hay (Etta) of Flemingsburg, Jeffrey Paul Hay of Morehead, Sharon L. Blum of Ocean, Jeannie K. Hay of Flemingsburg and Lorraine Leadingham of Owingsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
