He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cecil Gallagher and Frances Delores Ross Gallagher; his brother Frankie Thomas Gallagher; and his brother-in-law Rick Helphenstine. He is survived by: his close friend Velvet Reed of Hillsboro; his siblings, Clarence Gallagher (Darlene) of Hillsboro, Larry Gallagher of Bath County, David Gallagher of Bath County, Paul Gallagher (Melissa) of Knott County, Elizabeth Helphenstine of Flemingsburg, Verna Garrett (Don) of Alexandria, Claudia Carmichael (Ernie) of Maysville, Mary Black of Morehead and Deborah Roland (William) of Mt. Sterling; and his friends, Tammy Curtis and Rosemary Gallagher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
