He is survived by: his mother Maxine Gilliam Horsley of Hillsboro; and his siblings, Barbara Hafer of Hillsboro, Estill Martin Horsley of Hillsboro and Jesse Chris (Mary Horsley) of Petersville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and many friends.
